PENNSYLVANIA ANNUAL REPORT
Starting in 2025, most businesses registered in Pennsylvania will be required to file an Annual Report. The Annual Report requirement is separate from the requirement to file the Certificate of Annual Registration. Businesses that must file the Certificate of Annual Registration will also have to file an Annual Report. The fee is $7.00 for for-profit entities and free for non-profit entities as well as limited partnerships and limited liability companies with a not-for-profit purpose.
The new annual report filing is required for:

Domestic/foreign business corporations (Due between January 1st and June 30th)

Domestic/foreign nonprofit corporations (Due between January 1st and June 30th)

Domestic/foreign limited liability companies (Due between January 1st and September 30th)

Domestic/foreign limited liability (general) partnerships (Due between January 1st and December 30th)

Domestic/foreign electing partnerships that are not limited partnerships (Due between January 1st and December 30th)

Domestic/foreign limited partnerships (including limited liability limited partnerships) (Due between January 1st and December 30th)

Domestic/foreign professional associations (Due between January 1st and December 30th)

Domestic/foreign business trusts (Due between January 1st and December 30th)
Sole proprietors and general partnerships are not required to file an Annual Report.
