Refunds

If a refund is required due to customer’s request.  Refunds will be issued within 3 days of request in the form of cash or check.  However, consumer protection laws and card brand rules may allow customers to dispute items even if the seller's policy states otherwise.

Sensitive Data

Ellis Lee Hostetter & Co, PC is prohibited from storing sensitive authentication data after a transaction is authorized. This includes the full content of a card's magnetic stripe, the CVV, and PIN or encrypted PIN blocks.

Privacy

According to  federal regulations, Ellis Lee Hostetter & Co, PC does not provide consumers with privacy unless they opt out of sharing their data with each financial service provider.
