Portal Instructions

• To login to the portal, you will need your username & password

  • Username will be the taxpayers first and last name (ALL CAPS, no spaces)

    • Ex. “JOHNDOE”

  • If client is a returning user, the password will be one that was created by them

  • If you’re a new client/portal user, you will be sent a one time email with instructions to setup a password

*Note initial link to set up account has a 48-hr. expiration to access*

• After logging in you will be able to access your tax returns under the documents from preparer tab

  • Password to open/access tax returns from 2018 on is the last 5 of the taxpayers SSN or if a business return EIN.  

  • Password to open/access tax returns from 2017 and prior is the first 4 letters of the taxpayers last name and last 5 of SSN
