Due to Governor Wolf's recommendations in response to countering COVID-19 Starting 3-20-2020 and for remaining tax returns (until the end of tax season or until government reversal) these will be our following procedures:
-With client and employee safety still at the forefront, we will continue to work remotely for the foreseeable future(likely through at least April).
-Clients may drop off at the mail-slot in the front door, mail, or upload their information to the portal at any time as employees will stop in periodically throughout the week to pick up new returns. All returns will be mailed upon completion.
-We call clients about returns as we are working through them, and have been doing our best to answer emails. Phones are still set to voicemail and will not be checked in a timely manor as we are operating via email only. Ellis - // Barry - //
